  @ Canterbury 4, Loomis-Chaffee 3  (OT)
 --- Sat. Dec. 11, 1999
Loomis-Chaffee came up with a good road effort, but just fell short as

Canterbury squeaked out a 4-3 overtime win in front of a packed house.

Loomis Chaffee's hard work paid off as they took a 2-0 lead during the

second period on goals by Cullan Foote and Adam Reel.  Canterbury finally

came alive late in the second as Steve Mitacek fed Joe Bulmer in the slot

who snapped one upstairs to make it 2-1.  Chris Evans tied it up just 5

seconds later off the ensuing faceoff when he entered the zone and wristed

one by Ben Feller from the high slot.

Canterbury's Jack Devaney and Loomis Chaffee's Andrew Saibil traded goals

in the third.  Early in the overtime, Brad Roberts stopped a clean

break-in by Loomis, and a minute later, after some hard work down low,

Scott Power buried the game winner.
