Lawrence Academy earned a hard-fought 3-0 victory over the Belmont Hill
School in Belmont this afternoon. Belmont Hill goalie Kevin Brogan kicked
out 35 out of the 38 shots he faced. Kevin Brooks finally solved Brogan
early in the second period to give LA a 1-0 lead. Brooks and Ryan Stevens
added insurance tallies in the third period. Greg Lauze added two assists,
and Bo Christini turned in another strong performance as he made 28 saves
and added an assist for the Spartans. LA next faces St. Sebastian's in an
important match-up in the Keller Division of the ISL.
