USHR's 2023 Player of the Year Stephen Peck led Avon Old Farms to an Elite 8 title with a huge 45-save effort vs. Cushing. A Michigan commit now playing in Bismarck (NAHL), the senior from NYC posted a 1.26/.948 line for the Winged Beavers.
Quebec native Rudy Guimond, a junior at Taft and 2025 Yale recruit, won USHR's 2023 Goaltender of the Year Award. Guimond (2.43/.943) backstopped the Rhinos to a Large School Championship with a sparkling OT win over Salisbury. He's now playing his senior season in Cedar Rapids (USHL).
Dexter-Southfield senior Sean Keohane was named winner of USHR's 2023 Defenseman of the Year Award. Keohane, a native of Milton, Mass. and a 2024 Harvard recruit, is now at Tri-City (USHL).
Cushing junior Landon Resendes won the 2023 USHR Forward of the Year Award. Resendes, a Boston College 2024 recruit from Marlborough, Mass. playing his senior year at Cedar Rapids (USHL), was the top scorer at Elite 8 runner-up Cushing with a 27-27-54 line.
